Oprah's Book Club is a book discussion club created by Oprah Winfrey in 1996. Oprah selects a new novel for viewers to read and discuss each month. After a break in 2011, Oprah reinstated the club with the new 2.0 version in June 2012. In total the club recommended 71 books during its 15 years.
